Dermaluxe delivers across the United Kingdom, ensuring secure handling, transparency, and reliable delivery at every stage of your order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During this time, products are carefully prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched.

 

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. On average, delivery within the UK takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

 

Delivery Responsibility
Dermaluxe is responsible for dispatching the order to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping costs.

Returns & Refund Policy

Dermaluxe complies with UK consumer protection laws and is committed to customer satisfaction.

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Conditions for cancellation and return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and inserts

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method, within the legally required timeframe.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery, providing clear photos or videos of the issue.

After evaluation, Dermaluxe will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product at no additional cost

  • Full refund, including applicable shipping fees

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, Dermaluxe will cover the return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care or cosmetic products may not be eligible for return if opened or used, unless faulty.
